Request for Use of Church Facility - Church Events Only

Contact the church office at 281-360-5231 to check for scheduling conflicts before completing the facility request form. KBC events often require staff approval. Thank you.

Use of Table Cloths:

A $10 cleaning fee for each table cloth may be assessed. (See church administrator)

If your event is after office hours and you do not have a key, call the church office (M-Th, 8:30-4:30) and arrange to check out a key.

NON-CHURCH RELATED EVENTS:

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all non-church related groups are responsible for set-up and clean-up of all areas occupied by the group. You are responsible for the security of your group and security of the church property while on the premises. You are responsible for securing and locking all doors before leaving. Church keys and security code are for your use only and are not to be given to or shared with others.
