Sunday

Our Sunday gathering begins at 10am and last about 75 minutes. [Directions] We start with worship and have some brief teaching. At the end, there is an open time to hang out and socialize. We worship through different art forms, prayer and personal reflection. Our music is a mix of styles, from acoustic to rock and folk. The teaching is informal and focuses on how the Bible can shape and transform us. Afterwards the open time is always lively, with kids all around, as we munch on finger food and get caught up with each other.

It's hard to say what might be the best part of our Sunday mornings. For some it is the exhilaration of experiencing God during worship, or the challenge of a new truth during the teaching. But a lot of us like the part where we get to swap restaurant recommendations, share gardening tips, or debate theology over mini-muffins and baby carrots.
