We seek to magnify "the greatness of God, in Jesus Christ, through the Power of the Holy Spirit by skillfully combining God's Word with music, and other arts, to motivate the gathered church to proclaim the gospel, cherish God's presence, and live for God's glory! - Bob Kauflin

Our emphasis is on congregational participation, so we strive to select music that is singable. In addition, music is selected carefully to ensure that each song is theologically accurate, doctrinally rich, and musically excellent. Our focus is God and His glory.

If God has given you a musical or technical ability/talent, we encourage you to praise God and serve His church!

WHERE TO SERVE:

Worship Teams (Year-Round)

Areas: piano/keyboard, bass guitar, acoustic/electric guitar, drums, viollin, trumpet, vocals

Requirements: APPLICATION / audition with Pastor Ty, proficient ability, Thursday night practice availability

Combining Christ-centered, biblical hymns & choruses, our worship team is responsible for leading our church in worship through music each Sunday.

Worship Choir (Fall-Spring)

Areas: soprano, alto, tenor, bass,

Requirements: interview with Pastor Ty, ability to sing on pitch, Wednesday night practice availability

From September-May, our worship choir helps lead the congregational singing and performs a special anthem in our traditional service. Rehearsals are on Thursday nights from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. There will also be special rehearsals leading up to Christmas, Easter, etc. Anyone junior high age or older is welcome to join!

Audio/Visual (Year-Round)

Areas: sound board operator, sound assistant (set-up/tear down/recording), projection operator (ProPresenter, Videos), light board operator

Requirements: willing/teachable heart, technical aptitude (will train), Thursday night practice availability (for sound board operators & projection operators)

For those who wish to serve in the Technical areas of our church, this is the place to be. Training will take place either on Thursday Nights, or during the week. Schedules are coordinated on an as-available basis. Anyone 16 or older is welcome to serve.
