Jim and his wife Peggy have pastored churches for 38+ yrs. They have ministered in IL, TN, MN, and Eastern Europe. Jim came to ACC after leading Valley Christian Church in the southern Metro for the past 24 years.

He comes with a broad experience in leading churches and developing church leaders. His years overseas in mission work have given him a deep passion for God's larger Kingdom, he continues to take mission trips annually.

"God has placed within me a passion for people and the Church. There is no greater joy for me than helping people awaken to God’s love and draw closer to Him – most often by helping them meet Jesus. That is why the Church is so important to me – it is God’s chosen instrument for sharing the “Good News.” Helping Christians, church leaders, and churches become effective tools in God’s hands for this mission is my life-long cause."

Cary comes to us with over twenty years' experience leading worship, organizing and leading musicians, overseeing the technical, audio and video aspects of worship, choral arranging and directing and accompanying vocalists and musicians. He was raised in Wisconsin (yes, he's a Packer fan). He and his wife, Rosalie, have two grown children and three adorable grandchildren. Cary shares our passion for worship that focuses on God and involves all the people. He loves the Church and is committed to worship that includes traditional as well as contemporary music.

Rhonda brings years of experience working with Children to our ministry. The kids love her, as she does them. Under her leadership a large group of volunteers are making a real difference in the lives of the Children around ACC and their parents. Rhonda and her husband, Jim, keep busy raising three teenagers.

Andy has trained as a physical education teacher and coach. He also did an internship at ACC and served as our interim youth minister in the summer of 2011. He has a real heart for kids! The youth group is active with events that usually involve Studing the word, Serving others, or Socially engaged with each other. Most events have a combination of all three. Most of all kids are growing closer to Christ - some meeting Jesus for the first time. Andy and his wife, Maria, are proud parents of two adorable toddlers -- Parker and Luke.
